Terms and Conditions

Payment: Full payment must be made by the client in advance of the first coaching session.; Please make cheques payable to ProPerforma Coaching.
Coaching Program Start Date: The client may book their first coaching session when they have paid the invoice for the coaching program.
Coaching Session Duration: A coaching session lasts for a maximum of 45 minutes, it may finish earlier by mutual agreement between the client and their coach, but any unused time cannot be carried forward for use in future sessions.
Number of Sessions: The client must agree to an initial coaching program of four sessions.; Once this initial block of four sessions has been completed, the client may purchase any number of additional sessions in agreement with their coach.
Session Frequency: Coaching session will take place at a frequency mutually agreed between the client and their coach; typically the time between coaching sessions is one to two weeks.; All coaching sessions must take place within six months of their purchase. If this time limit is exceeded then any outstanding coaching session will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
Cancellation Policy: After completion of the first coaching session, the client may cancel the coaching program and receive a full refund of their fee.; If the client does not exercise their right to cancel after the first coaching session and agrees to continue, then no refund will be made if the client does not complete the coaching program for whatever reason.
Late Starting Coaching Session: If the coaching session start is delayed by the client then that time will be deducted from the coaching session which will finish at the normal time.
Missed Coaching Sessions: If the client misses a coaching session then that coaching session will be lost and no replacement coaching session will be offered.
Rescheduling Coaching Sessions: The client may reschedule a coaching session with no penalty provided they give at least five working days notice to their coach.; Coaching session due to take place in less than five working days time cannot be rescheduled and will be lost and no replacement coaching session will be scheduled.
